Running Backs

Tennessee’s first team running backs were effective, especially Tim Jordan. He led the game with 57 yards and a touchdown on just nine carries. Projected starter Ty Chandler finished with 11 carries for 53 yards and a score, and Trey Coleman, who worked with the White Team, had just 13 yards on six carries. The Orange Team offensive line did a decent job run blocking for the most part, and Tennessee’s main two backs showed both power and elusiveness. Still, it wasn’t the most impressive day for this unit overall.
