How Former Vols Performed in the 2018 NFL Season

The 2018 NFL season has come to a close, and now it’s time for the playoffs. Before the postseason begins, let’s take a look back at the regular season and how former Vols performed in the league this year.

Tennessee had 27 former players appear in at least one game in the 2018 NFL regular season. Running back Alvin Kamara and defensive back Justin Coleman highlighted a solid year for former Vols in the league. Several former Vols did have their seaosns cut short due to injury, most notably former first round pick Derek Barnett. But one Vol legend, Eric Berry, returned from injury late in the season and finally saw some action. Berry made a start late in the Kansas City Chiefs’ season, marking his first game action since the beginning of the 2017 season.
