The Vols have made their way to Hoover, site of the 2021 SEC Tournament. The team got into town on Monday, as they’ll get in some practice on Tuesday, before taking the field Wednesday afternoon.
Tennessee comes into the tournament as the #2 seed and will play at 2pm ET on Wednesday, against the winner of Alabama vs South Carolina.
The Vols are coming off a series win at South Carolina, where they also ended up clinching the SEC East, thanks to a little bit of craziness in Nashville. It will be interesting to see how Tennessee uses their pitchers on Wednesday, it will most likely not be the same rotation you’ve seen most of the season.
No matter what, postseason baseball is here and the Vols are looking to stay a while .
