Four-star 2024 safety Aaron Flowers has narrowed his list of favorites down to 10, and Tennessee has made the cut per On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Flowers received an offer from Tennessee during his visit in late February. Other SEC schools in Flowers’ shortlist of favorites are Alabama and soon-to-be SEC school Oklahoma.

Flowers, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound 2024 prospect, hails from Forney, Texas, and attends Forney High School. Although Flowers is listed as a safety on all recruiting sites, he primarily plays cornerback in high school.

As a junior, Flowers was selected to the Texas District 7-5A D-II First Team as a cornerback. In his junior season, Flowers recorded 55 tackles, one tackle for loss, two forced fumbles, eight pass breakups and two interceptions.

Additionally, Flowers was selected to the Texas District 8-5A D-II First Team after his sophomore campaign. The speedy defensive back tallied 58 tackles, 10 pass breakups and two interceptions.

A two-sport athlete, Flowers also runs track & field, per his 247 Sports page. Flowers ran 200-meter times of 23.41 and 23.97 as a sophomore and recorded a 5’6″ high jump three times in the Spring of 2022.

On3 is the highest on Flowers as a prospect. On3 has Flowers as a Top-70 player nationally in the class of 2024 and seventh among safeties.

While 247 and Rivals also have Flowers as a four-star, they are not as high on the Forney product. 247’s Composite Rankings have Flowers as the 175th overall player nationally and the 11th safety. Rivals slots Flowers in at 248th nationally and 19th at his position.

Tennessee has already earned five commitments in the Class of 2024. See Tennessee’s full 2024 recruiting class as it currently stands below.
