Five-star class of 2026 quarterback Jared Curtis released his top 10 colleges including Tennessee football Monday afternoon.

The Vols joined Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Texas in Curtis’ top group.

While Curtis is just a sophomore in high school and the 2026 recruiting rankings are still brief, he ranks as one of the top players in his class. The Nashville, Tennessee native ranks as the No. 10 player and No. 2 quarterback in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings.

The Nashville Christian Academy standout is still very early in the recruiting process but has taken a number of unofficial visits already. Curtis has visited Alabama four times, both Tennessee and Georgia twice and a number of schools once including Texas A&M, Florida State, LSU, South Carolina, Ole Miss and Clemson.

Curtis is the third blue-chip quarterback recruit in the state of Tennessee in the 2025 and 26 recruiting cycle. Brentwood Academy standout George MacIntyre is the No. 2 quarterback in the 2025 recruiting cycle and Lipscomb Academy standout Deuce Knight is the No. 5 quarterback in the 2025 recruiting cycle.
