Where Tennessee Football’s Transfer Class Ranks After Landing Two Linemen Sunday

Tennessee football landed two players in the transfer portal on Sunday afternoon including its best get to date when LSU offensive tackle Lance Heard committed to Josh Heupel and his staff over Oklahoma and Ole Miss.

The Vols weren’t done for the day either as they beat out Stanford defensive tackle Jaxson Moi over Washington.

Heard and Moi became Tennessee’s seventh and eighth transfer additions this offseason and while the Vols could still added a couple more players in the portal, they’ve now addressed their most pressing needs. After losing right tackle Gerald Mincey to the transfer portal, shoring up the offensive tackle spot was an extremely pressing need.

Tennessee has now added one offensive tackle, one defensive tackle, one receiver, two tight ends, two corners and a safety to its roster via the transfer portal.

So where does the Vols’ transfer class rank nationally? Check it out here.
