After two more hours, they postponed game one until Saturday morning. Another slight delay pushed back the game restarting on Saturday. Both teams played through some light rain but had no more delays as Auburn earned a 6-1 victory.

The weather wasn’t an issue for most of game two but rain pushed its way closer-and-closer to Lindsey Nelson Stadium as the game waned down. Auburn took a lead in the top of the ninth inning on a Chase Fralick single to right field before Tennessee tied the game in the bottom half thanks to Bargo’s home run.

Nate Snead came back to the mound and air-mailed one pitch in the top of the 10th before the umpires sent the game into a delay.
