Tennessee Basketball hosted a practice available to the media on Tuesday afternoon in Knoxville, giving a quick glance into the new-look roster that Rick Barnes and his staff assembled during the early stages of the offseason.

The practice gave a good look at some of Tennessee’s newcomers, including freshmen Nate Ament, Amari Evans, DeWayne Brown, and Troy Henderson, as well as transfers Ja’Kobi Gillespie, Jaylen Carey, and Amaree Abram.

Ament, the No. 4 overall prospect in the 2025 recruiting class, was clearly a standout player on the court from the media’s viewing time. But he wasn’t the only one who turned heads.
