Tennessee Football returns to action against the Arkansas Razorbacks this Saturday afternoon in Neyland Stadium. The Volunteers and the Razorbacks are both coming off bye weeks, meaning that each team should be well-rested and prepared for this weekend’s SEC clash in Knoxville.

Unlike when these teams played last year, Sam Pittman is no longer at the helm of the Razorbacks’ program. Pittman was fired after the Razorbacks’ brutal home loss to Notre Dame two weeks ago, paving the way for offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino to step into the interim coaching role. This will be Petrino’s first game this season as the interim head coach. Arkansas boasts a solid offense, but has the worst statistical defense in the conference this year. Will the coaching change be enough to make a difference on the defensive side?

Tennessee exited the month of September with only one loss on the season, keeping the door to the playoffs alive and open. For it to stay that way, though, Tennessee will need to avenge last year’s loss to Arkansas in Fayetteville. It’ll be quarterback Joey Aguilar at the helm for the Vols’ offense, who has revolutionized Tennessee’s passing game alongside breakout wide receiver Chris Brazzell. The Vols will also be getting back star defensive lineman Daevin Hobbs from injury as he prepares to see his first action of the season on Saturday.
