In March, heading into spring camp, FanDuel released its betting lines for the win totals for teams in the 2026 regular season. For Tennessee football, its line was set at a measly 6.5 heading into year six under Josh Heupel.

Now, FanDuel has updated its lines as spring camp rages on. In the case of the Vols, their line has jumped up to 7.5 wins. You can get the over at -118 and under at -104, indicating it leans more toward the over than under, as well.

Here is the full updated list of SEC win totals on FanDuel:

  • Alabama – 8.5
  • Arkansas – 4.5
  • Auburn – 6.5
  • Florida – 7.5

The betting favorite to win the SEC this season is Texas. The Longhorns are listed with +310 odds, just edging out Georgia at +380. Then, it’s a decent gap to LSU at +650 in third.

The fourth-best odds to win the conference go to Texas A&M at +800. Fifth is Alabama at +900. Then, it’s Ole Miss at +950 and Oklahoma at +1300. In eighth, the Vols are at +1600. This places Tennessee above Florida, Missouri, Auburn, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Mississippi State and Arkansas.

Tennessee is nearing the conclusion of its spring practice slate. The Vols are in their final week, preparing for the annual Orange & White Game, which will take place this Saturday.

Tennessee’s glaring question is at quarterback. The Vols will host a battle between a trio of unproven options, featuring redshirt-freshman George MacIntyre, freshman Faizon Brandon and Colorado transfer Ryan Staub. All three will be on display in Neyland Stadium in the scrimmage, which is free admission to fans and will not be broadcast.

  1. This problem has nothing to do with Kim Caldwell. This is only the responsibility of the young generation not being willing to extend themselves and be faithful to their signature for one year. Character counts. It seems like these young women don’t have character anymore, at least the ones that stay one year and then leave. We all knew Kim system when they signed, just didn’t want to put out the effort.
