Grant Williams, a native of Charlotte, NC, played at Tennessee for three seasons from 2016 to 2019. While on Rocky Top, Williams was a two-time SEC Player of the Year selection in 2018 and 2019, a consensus First Team All-American in 2019, a two-time First Team All-SEC selection in 2019 and 2019, and an SEC All-Freshman Team selection in 2017.
During his final season in Knoxville, Williams averaged 18.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game. He turned his collegiate success into the 22nd overall pick of the 2019 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics.
Williams played four seasons with the Celtics and appeared in an NBA Finals during his time in Boston (2022). After a brief stint with the Dallas Mavericks, Williams has been with the Charlotte Hornets. He suffered a season-ending injury during the 2024-2025 season but made his return to the court this past January.
Kiki Milloy, a native of Woodinville, Wash., played five seasons with Tennessee Softball from 2020 to 2024. She was a standout player with the Lady Vols and helped Tennessee reach the Women’s College World Series in 2023 for the first time since 2015. During that 2023 season, Milloy led all Division I players with 25 home runs on the season, which set a Lady Vols single-season record.
In addition to impressive accomplishments such as being named a two-time First Team All-American, a two-time First Team All-SEC selection, and a two-time Second Team All-SEC selection, Milloy was awarded the University of Tennessee’s highest undergraduate student honor – The Torchbearer Award – in 2023. Milloy also competed with Team USA during the 2022 Canada Cup and Japan All-Star Series.
Since her time at Tennessee, Milloy helped the Atlanta Smoke win the WPF (Women’s Professional Fastpitch) championship last August. It’s the Smoke’s third straight championship. She was also named the WPF Rookie of the Year and an All-Star during the 2025 season.
