Tennessee baseball (34-18, 13-14 SEC) is set to host the Belmont Bruins (19-32, 9-12 MVC) Tuesday in a midweek contest in Knoxville.
First pitch at Lindsey Nelson Stadium is at 5:00 p.m. ET on SEC Network +.
This is the final midweek game of the year. The Vols have not lost a midweeker all year.
Tennessee enters Tuesday’s contest coming off a series win over Texas. The Vols used a career-best Tegan Kuhns outing to claim game one before UT’s offense exploded for 14 runs on 17 hits in a series-clinching win Saturday.
Without Landon Mack, Tennessee’s pitching struggled in a 13-6 defeat Sunday to the Longhorns.

TAKEAWAYS: Four Takeaways From Tennessee Baseball’s Series Victory Over Texas
Tennessee’s series win over Texas all but locks the Vols into the NCAA Tournament. At 13 SEC wins, Tennessee should be fine even if it gets swept this weekend at Oklahoma.
But, the Vols will obviously look to win at least one game this weekend in Oklahoma City to leave no doubt.
Tennessee is currently the 11-seed in the SEC Tournament bracket.

This should be a stress-free midweek win for Tennessee. Tennessee has closed its midweek schedule with Belmont the last handful of years.
If Tennessee beats Belmont, the Vols will finish the season undefeated in midweek contests.
