Full 2018 SEC Media Days Schedule Released

The annual gathering of media and SEC college football teams is nearly upon us. The 2018 SEC Media Days begin on July 16th but won’t be in its usual location in Birmingham, Alabama. This year, the four-day event will be taking place at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta, Georgia.

This will be the first SEC Media Days for Jeremy Pruitt as head coach of Tennessee. He has yet to announce the three Vol player who will be accompanying him, however.

This year, Tennessee will follow another first-year head coach at Media Days. Joe Moorehead and his three Mississippi State players will precede the Vols on Wednesday, July 18th. Alabama and Missouri will follow Tennessee later in the day.

Last year, former head coach Butch Jones was joined by a trio of seniors. Offensive lineman Jashon Robertson, cornerback Emmanuel Moseley, and defensive tackle Kendal Vickers made the trip to Alabama along with Jones to represent the Vols.

The four-day event will feature press conferences by all 14 SEC head coaches, media interviews with each head coach and the three players accompanying them, and various other pressers by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey and other SEC and college football officials.

The media gathered in attendance will also vote on who they believe will win each division, the winner of the conference as a whole, and their All-SEC teams.
