Walker visited Knoxville four times in the spring/early summer of 2014. There’s clearly legitimate interest on both sides and Walker returned for an official visit the weekend of Dec. 6. Tennessee, Georgia and Auburn are the teams out in front as his recruitment hits the stretch run.

Where Tennessee Stands
Walker came on an official visit to Tennessee on the weekend of December 6th when most of the Vols December enrollees were on campus. From all accounts Walker thoroughly enjoyed his visit and Tennessee remains right at the top of his list.
Where Walker ultimately ends up may have more to do with Kyle Phillips at this point than it does with Walker. If Tennessee were to miss out on Phillips, expect them to really turn the heat up on Walker. While walker may not be as “ready to play” as Phillips currently is, he is a player that has a lot of upside.
