6. WR Preston Williams
The Vols are still waiting for Preston Williams to emerge on a consistent basis, but the Hampton native has shown flashes of his five-star talent in two years in Knoxville. He looked to be a huge part of the passing attack early in the season, but has been a bit banged up in recent weeks and not a huge part of the offense to this point in 2016. Based on pure talent, he’s among the best, but the Vols need some consistency from him going forward.
