Another slow start, another crazy finish. This coaching staff must find a way to open up the offense earlier and prevent these sluggish beginnings, but fans can live with that, especially when compared to the way UT started fast and finished poorly in many big games last season. There are some fair questions and criticisms about UT’s mentality early, and the play calling at times – especially the conservative approach that set up Eason’s late touchdown opportunity. But as we say every week, it’s a results-oriented business, and Butch Jones and the staff found a way to get another huge W.
