4. Shakeup on the Coaching Staff
Whether it’s a coordinator or two, a few assistants, or the strength and conditioning staff, Vol fans want to see some sort of shakeup on the Vol football coaching staff this offseason.
The Vols had success in some areas on the field in 2016, but overall it was a disappointing year for many units. And that kind of performance in a season where expectations were so high should mean there will be changes afoot. How many changes exactly? We’re not sure yet. But Vol fans crave alterations to the staff, and one has to think Butch Jones will comply.
