Tony Vitello Previews The Showdown Between Tennessee And Arkansas

by -

The College Baseball national spotlight will be on Knoxville this weekend, as #1 Arkansas rolls into town. It doesn’t get much bigger than this in the SEC, as this series has many different story lines, with first pitch scheduled for Friday night.

The Vols and Razorbacks both come into this series at 17-7 in SEC play, as they continue fighting for seeding and SEC championships. With just two SEC series left on both teams schedule, the implications of this series can’t be understated.

Tony Vitello did mentions that Connor Pavolony will have an x-ray done on his hand Thursday afternoon, as his status is still uncertain.

The series will start Friday night, with first pitch set for 6:30ET, broadcasted on SECNetwork+.
