Well, it’s that time of the year again in Knoxville, Tennessee.
It’s time for the third Saturday in October, which means that a game against the Alabama Crimson Tide is on deck for the Tennessee Volunteers.
No. 6 Tennessee and No. 3 Alabama are set for a collision course in Neyland Stadium this upcoming Saturday. And the hype around the game has already started to skyrocket. On Sunday, ESPN announced that College GameDay and SEC Nation would be returning to Knoxville for the second time in just four weeks.
Both Alabama and Tennessee enter the game on Saturday with undefeated records. Alabama’s stout defense has been solid this year with the Tide’s total defense at No. 6 in the country, while Tennessee still boasts the No. 1 offense in the country with 547.8 yards per game.
While Alabama has gotten the best of Tennessee over the last 15 years, the rivalry and animosity are still strong on the side of the Volunteers.
