Defensive Line
The defensive line really got after the passer, recording five sacks against Alabama’s Jake Coker and forcing several other throw-aways and negative plays for the Tide. Corey Vereen, especially, showed up, recording five tackles and two sacks. Derek Barnett picked up his third sack of the season as well. All-in-all, the defensive line made life tough on Alabama, though Henry was able to bust through for a few big plays against this group.
