Linebackers
Tennessee’s linebackers started out well, but they were tired out by the end of the game. Daniel Bituli ended the Vols’ touchdown drought with his 97-yard interception return for a touchdown, and Quart’e Sapp played a solid game and added 11 total tackles. But the linebackers too often missed tackles on Alabama’s running backs, and they left plenty of receivers open over the middle of the field as well.
