8. Jaycee Horn, CB
Jaycee Horn was once committed to the Vols. But just a couple weeks after Tennessee announced they were firing Butch Jones, Horn decided to reopen his recruitment.
Horn, a cornerback from Alpharetta, Georgia, announced his decommitment on the day Tennessee almost hired Greg Schiano as head coach, and he’s since visited Ole Miss and South Carolina and is considered a lean towards the Gamecocks. Horn is a four-star cornerback and is the No. 203 overall player in the country.
It remains to be seen if Pruitt and his staff will pursue Horn heavily after his decommitment, but he’s definitely a recruit that Tennessee needs to try and win back if possible.
