6. Isaac Taylor-Stuart, CB
It’s probably a long shot, but Pruitt and his staff are showing their dedication by offering a guy like Isaac Taylor-Stuart.
Taylor-Stuart is a five-star cornerback who is listed as the No. 25 overall player in the country and the No. 2 corner in the nation. He holds over four dozen scholarship offers, and his most recent one comes from Tennessee and Jeremy Pruitt’s staff.
Tennessee offered Taylor-Stuart on December 9th. Alabama is considered the favorite to land the five-star corner, but Pruitt wasn’t his main recruiter. That duty was Tosh Lupoi’s. But Pruitt still likely formed a relationship with Taylor-Stuart, and he will make an effort to land the highly-rated corner at Tennessee. He did just release a top 6, and Tennessee landed inside his list of top schools. That’s great news for a Vol squad that got in very late to his recruitment.
