Now that the Vols finally have a head football coach, recruiting has become the big focus of the offseason for now. Jeremy Pruitt has quite the task on his hands as he hits the recruiting trail for Tennessee in the first few weeks of his tenure as the Vols’ head coach.
Pruitt and his staff have already hit the ground running on the recruiting trail for the Vols. He and his staff have already reached out to the Vols’ current commits, talked to some of Tennessee’s former commitments, and have been offering junior college players and high school seniors left and right.
With the new early signing period for recruits coming up on December 20th, Tennessee need to make a strong push for some recruits in order to try and salvage what was once a top-tier 2018 recruiting class.
