Wide Receivers/Tight Ends
Josh Malone had his best performance in a month with a 112 yard receiving effort. Malone nabbed two long touchdown passes as well, and his counterpart, Jauan Jennings, also came down with a touchdown catch. Brandon Johnson and Tyler Byrd stepped up in expanded roles, and a handful of receivers recorded their first career catches as Vols. The tight ends weren’t utilized until late in the game, but the wide receivers made big plays in this one.
