7. Tennessee’s defensive line can be nasty in 2016
This hasn’t been a huge secret, but the Vols again showed how good they can be on the defensive line. Derek Barnett and Corey Vereen, Tennessee’s two starting defensive ends, both got to the quarterback on Friday. Kahlil McKenzie continues to develop, and there are plenty of other returning pieces such as Kendal Vickers, Shy Tuttle, Kyle Phillips and others that should cause optimism for Tennessee fans. The Vols harassed Northwestern with the pass rush on Friday, and should be able to do that to a lot of teams in 2016.
