Tennessee Football’s Spring Recruiting Rankings

The time between spring camp and summer off-season programs is often a fairly quiet one in the college football world. After teams wrap up four weeks of spring camp, students simultaneously look to the end of the academic calendar, either foreshadowing graduation right around the corner or the end of that collegiate year with the summer ahead.

With spring camp now a good bit in the rearview mirror, Tennessee quickly turned its attention to the recruiting trail. The Vols have three commitments since the Orange & White game on Apr. 15 to go along with the eight total players that Tennessee has received a commitment from since the Orange Bowl victory over Clemson in December.

Three of Tennessee’s five highest commitments at the moment all have come since late February.

In total, Tennessee has 11 commits according to 247. The Vols have four offensive commits, five defensive commits, and two athletes. Additionally, four of Tennessee’s 11 commits so far are from the state of Tennessee.

By way of 247’s rankings, Tennessee has zero five-star players, six four-star players, and five three-star players.

The most recent high school recruit to announce his commitment to Tennessee was four-star Kellen Lindstrom, a defensive lineman from Springfield, Missouri, in the class of 2024. Lindstrom chose Tennessee over Oklahoma on Apr. 5 and became the 11th member of the Vols’ class.
