Overall
Tennessee’s coaching hires haven’t been the flashiest this offseason. But the defensive hires especially have a lot of potential and proven experience, while the offensive hires were, for the most part, safer ones.
As with all hires at any school, time will tell if they work out or not. A hire can look like a home run on paper but turn out disastrous, and vice versa. But as it stands. Tennessee overall had a pretty solid offseason when it came to adding new coaches to their staff.
